I have three dogs and Doggy Kingdom harnesses. My older girl had the buckle break.I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. I sent photos of the broken piece and received the new harness after four days.I cannot compliment this company enough.The product is exceptional and customer service outstanding.

"Bad Policies - Bad site"
I ordered a harness according to the specifications on the site. It was way too large for my dog. No returns b/c they say it's personalized but only the patch they put on it is personalized - not the harness. I just wanted a size exchange but no dice. Never ordering from them again.

Bought a no pull dog personalised harness and this was supposed to come with a free lead worth £20. Omg.. what a joke. The harness itself took 10 days to arrive and when i opened it I could see straight away that it was of VERY poor quality. There was stitching all coming away and certainly not worth £25 or fit for purpose. The lead was a piece of strap with a very basic clip on it.( Not worth £1 let alone £20)
There website states complete satisfaction or your money back if within 30 days. This is a lie and false advertising. I contacted them straight away ( didn't even try it on my dog) to say I wanted a refund due to poor quality .I was asked to send photos ( which I did) and then heard nothing. I emailed again and after 2 days received a reply stating due to hygiene and sanitary reasons I couldn't return it for a refund 😡...I don't know how they are trading as I've since read reviews on here and it seems I'm not the only one that has been conned by this company. The reviews on their website are obviously fake too...

I'm telling the world, this company is a disgrace. Don't take the same chance I did by doing business with them. I wish I could tell everyone just how disgusting their business practices are. STAY AWAY FROM THEM..

"Customer service correcting size issue from size chart "
After chatting with customer service about the issues the size chart caused when ordering they have agreed to replace my harness even though that’s not their policy. This is the kind of customer service I am looking for. Going out of their way to help someone who has issues after the guidance on a site leaves someone confused. I will always own up to my mistakes and I respect a company that is willing to correct theirs. For customer service to fix my issue they deserve a positive rating, if you run into issues please chat with their customer service.

Ordered harness. Took forever to get here. Too large. I wanted to exchange but they would not allow because it was personalized.
Dog’s name is on a detachable Velcro patch, it is not imprinted with his name into the harness. Bad customer service. Filed a dispute with PayPal. They credited me with my money. Look elsewhere where someone answers the phone and honors refunds and exchanges.

Awful harness. Two broke in two years. Almost lost the dog both times.
My wife will handle the return.Its like I don't want anything back from your people.
