"ABB my new spot for cheap cars"
ABB my new spot for cheap cars. Won a Civic, had it shipped to my shop, flipped it for a bag. If you know what you doin’, you can really make some $$ here. Support was chill, no drama.

"AbetterBid is an scam"
AbetterBid is an absolute scam. I placed a bid on a vehicle, and the “export only” condition was not disclosed in the disclaimer before bidding. Stay away!!!!

"AbetterBid is an absolute scam"
AbetterBid is an absolute scam. I placed a bid on a vehicle, and the “export only” condition was not disclosed in the disclaimer before bidding. It was only revealed after the bid was placed, supposedly as the reason for the refund. They then demanded payment for the invoice and shipping, which they refuse to refund.
Additionally, they advertised the vehicle as having a clean title, but it turned out to be a salvage title. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive and does not address concerns when contacted.
This platform is entirely misleading, and I strongly advise against using it. Avoid AbetterBid at all costs—it’s a complete scam.

"Don't play unless you can afford to lose!"
11/9/24 - I had a great idea to flip cars to try to make some side cash. I decided to invest my savings into this adventure. I completely regret it. I won a 2015 BMW with some body damage for $4000. After the shipping and the fees it was $8100. Still I thought I could make it work. Then I received the car. The pictures were completely misleading. The pictures shown on the website were dated and the car was delivered with additional high school stickers and parking decals on it. This means someone was using the car after they took the pictures. The vehicle had a lot more damage than the pictures showed. The pictures they had were definitely taken at certain angles to avoid the full picture of the damages, and the interior pictures completely skipped the damages to the interior and the computer dash. After multiple emails showing all the documentation they still refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation. I reach ed out to my attorney and he did say I had a strong case, but by the time I paid for everything my only consolidation would be proving a point. I would be out more money fighting than just walking away. It's a sad world we live in when businesses like his take no accountability for deceiving their customers. "AS IS" was their mantra. I strongly recommend if anyone is interested in going to auction, go to your local auction house and avoid online crooks. They are everywhere. Plus I have a feeling they have people bidding on vehicles to up the pricing as many of the vehicles I was looking at came back up to auction after they were won by others days ago. I guess we will never know. Don't play unless you can afford to lose.
Updated information - 1/17/25 (see A better bid post below) A better Bid responded to my post and I have drafted my response off my experiences so far. I will keep anyone following updated.
My response below.
So, I am still dealing with this terrible purchase from your team. I have received the estimates from body shops to make the needed repairs. The lowest cost thus far was $9700 and that only covered the must have exterior repairs. The highest was $20,500 and that covered all exterior damages. I am currently going with the $9700. I have also had to invest $2900 in mechanical repairs to keep it running where your add said the car was good mechanically. This car in good shape advertised locally was worth $12,000 dollars. I feel like a big idiot for trusting your advertisements.
I am now into this for $20700 just to make the car sellable again. This does not cover the broken interior screen and the murder scene stains that were in the interior. Those I will have to repair on my own once the car is returned to me. Plus, the windshield was broken. Your company posted misleading photos of the car and has done nothing to rectify it. I originally asked for assistance from your team and was told it is on me as the sale was final and as is. I don’t know what your response is supposed to mean to me with the situation I am now in, but I can easily forward you all the emails and information I have if you sincerely plan on doing something about it besides wasting more of my time. It angers me to even think of your company. No smoke and mirrors please. I will continue to post my experiences to protect others if your team is only here to give empty words. Thanks and have a good day.
Update: One week after they responded to this posting asking me to reach out to them and no response. 1/24/25
After their final posted response I hope everyone can see that they clearly will take no responsibility for what is on their website. They said it themselves in their post. If I could travel to the auctions and inspect the vehicles myself, I would not use a website. Further more, by them stating that they rely on all the auctions to post pictures and claim no responsibility for what information is displayed you truly have no assurances that you are being taken advantage of. Be aware. Go to your local auctions. Stay away from this site.

"My first time using ABB was actually pretty awesome!"
So, my first time using ABB was actually pretty awesome! The site’s super easy to use and they got a ton of cars to choose from. Kate from support was a total lifesaver during the live auction—she explained the whole bidding thing and answered like, all my questions. Honestly, I probably wouldn t have won my lot without her help! The car showed up in pretty good condition, and the rest of the service was fine too, just had a few little delays with the paperwork. But if you're lookin' to buy a car at auction, ABB is def a solid choice!

"Seamless process"
ABB is a great site for anyone looking to buy a salvage car without breaking the bank. The deposit terms were clear, and the site itself was very easy to use. The customer service team did a great job answering my questions and I paid exactly for what I ordered

BRING YOUR OWN KY JELLY.
They won't provide. My $1300 winning bid at auction turned into $3805 + transaction fees of another $40. I understand, commissions, transaction fees, etc. When your almost done with them an $800 tow bill for 96 miles from the auction site and they flat out would not allow my tow company at half the price to pick up. At every turn you will be SERVICED by these crimminals.
