When using them to have your car towed to your location, they pick the farthest yard away and bill you from there. So make sure that you know where the car is located they billed me from a yard 73 mile farther away charging me $219 to much and will not except being wrong

Fine print thugs, you win a bid, get hit with high fees and are expected to pay up in less than a week regardless if banks are open or not. No flexibility regardless if they already know a wire transfer is already on its way over to them. They steal money from you if you don't meet their deadline. The quality of customer service/attentiveness is poor. I will probrobly be suing them and do not recommend these guys to anyone

Got the car I was chasing for quite some time at a great price, still, the shipping could have been better. I will definitely use their shipping service next time to avoid unnecessary stress. The customer service and title department were a bit slow in communication, I had to reach out a few times to get updates. All in all, I received the vehicle shortly and I am very satisfied with it. Such a great company. Buying a car from an auction seemed like a real gamble but I am glad I went through with this. Anyone who has an issue with them, my advice, just do your research first. If you are needing an authorized Copart broker, pick someone else, ANYONE else (of course do your homework). My order number was b-224084 and the experience was, simply put, awful. Communication is terrible (unless they want money and then, guess what!? They can communicate! It's a miracle.) The run around and charges and sur-charges and such... ridiculous. You have better options, just do your research.

This morning I put down a $400 deposit to bid on a vehicle there was no chance for me to win the bid (I was bidding against a computer) soon as I was done bidding they started calling my phone and emailing me saying that my deposit is no longer refundable and that I owe them $5000 for a vehicle that I cannot go get it does not run and I have to get it towed to my house for an additional fee of $190 call me if u want and I will send you screen shots of EVERYTHING (7026881933) I am currently trying to dispute this with my bank
