I was cautious about buying a car through my phone, but ABB persuaded me. The site is fast and convenient, and the conditions were clearly stated. I had all the photos I needed and the vehicle was described really well with all the details. It came exactly as they told it would so no surprises at all. Really good.

They suck they make you give them a $400 deposit which you have to wait one to 10 business days to get back with all the other companies that you can get they immediately release your funds to you right there not one to 10 business days. this is ridiculous. I would never use this company again

Would not give me a refund on my membership fee…28 hours after I paid it. I used none of their services. I just did not like all the “fees” I saw only after I had a membership. Crooks!! I’ll join a classaction if we can get enough people! Doesn’t have to be just membership non-refundables within 72 hours (for example) but other shady practices!

They are a pain in the A$$ to Deal with. No sense in using them when you can go directly to Copart unless it's something you can bid on yourself. But my advice is to just wait for something else to come up that you can actually bid on. I ended up buying two motorcycles the other week. One of them was through a better bid and the other through copart. I ended up spending an extra $900 for the same exact thing at a better bed. They also wanted to force me to use their transportation and charge me an extra $1,400 for that. I absolutely refused and through their terms and conditions at them because nowhere is it clearly stated that you have to use their transportation. Also they BS around and they don't give the transporter the title to the vehicle that you purchase. You have to wait a few extra weeks for that. They also dick around and don't send the paperwork out for you to sign to get the title for like 2 weeks. Which is so stupid since it's electronic. Also I didn't even know that I won the auction with them. Because their website doesn't update in a timely manner. I had no idea that I had one of vehicle until an hour later I received an invoice from them. Hence why I ended up with two bikes. Also I just got my damn title in the mail but instead of it being signed over to me it's signed over to them. So now I have to go get it in my name in Florida then turn around and get it in my name in Virginia and deal with all the Salvage b*******.
They keep changing the numbers around on the invoice versus the bill of sale. It makes things look very fishy. I'm very mad that they sent me this stupid title that is made out to them! Why the hell would you do that

They were very helpful in completing my purchase. Communication was good. However, there were hidden, undisclosed requirements that wound up costing me much more than anticipated. Uncertain if I will use them again or not.
