The website offers ample options for sorting and displaying the many wallcovering and paint choices with paint colors recommended for coordinating with wallcoverings. The "See it in your room" feature works amazingly well. Shipping speed was fine - 8 days total including a weekend. Didn't shop for any other products but a fun site to explore!

"Nice blinds - appalling customer service"

Blinds arrived promptly and look nice BUT were missing the metal brackets and any other fixings. I phoned up and was told they would be delivered. Nothing showed up. I chased and was told they could be up to 21 days and were on order. I explained it had already been 21 days. Nothing. I complained again and was told they were in transit and would be with me shortly. Nothing showed up. Then I was asked what was missing (as obviously nothing had in fact been ordered). I explained again. Still nothing showed up. I have just been told that blinds do not come with any fittings - which is obviously nonsense. Moreover, that must mean that all the 'in transit' stuff was just not true. Really disappointed!

"Colourful and cheerful bedclothes"

The bedclothes arrived neatly wrapped, and once opened, were a delight to view and also to feel the soft cotton sateen fabric. The pattern on the fabric is bright, cheerful and colourful. I have yet to try them on the bed so hopefully the satisfaction factor will persist 😀
