Great website, amazing products , and super quick deliveries, nicely packaged! love the option where they offer matching items to go along with what I have bought, great marketing technique but it helps to open your creative mind ! their customer service team was also quick to respond when I asked about my 2 deliveries. I haven't open my bought items yet but I am not concerned at all.

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service! Order wallpaper and next day it went on sale. I called and asked could I return or get credited for the difference on the price. Lady (Ann Marie) on the phone promised me credit in 2-3 business days. Called back over a week later and never received credit and was told I had to wait until Monday until the original person that I spoke with return to the office in 4 days and no one else could help me. I asked multiple times to speak with someone else and was hung up on. Therefore, I will not recommend or do business with them again. I spent almost $700 for 4 roles of wallpaper, you think the service would be better.

"Great product, shocking customer service"

First of all, the wallpaper I received is stunning and I'm really happy with the quality so would give top marks on product. However, sadly my experience since hanging the paper has been awful and I am appalled by the customer service here. We bought four rolls and only needed three. I returned the fourth using the label provided, and didn't hear a thing. I spent weeks of chasing up (they were initially fast to respond until I provided evidence from DPD of the return being with them a full month earlier at which point they went silent on me). The decorating shop I purchased through have now refunded me in goodwill, however G&B are yet to acknowledge my return to either myself or that shop.
