"This company advertised that it was a…"

This company advertised that it was a monthly service at $20 a month for access to online doctors. I signed up assuming it was a month to month service. They bill you $240 upfront immediately upon signing up and there is no refund or cancellation policy. I spent 15 minutes chatting with a doctor over text and now have a $240 bill that they originally said they would cut in half for me as I disputed it and then came back and said they now cannot refund me due to their policy. I pushed back and said I absolutely do not agree to pay for a full year up front and that their billing policy is incredibly deceptive and they refuse to do absolutely anything for me and then leave a response saying "you were offered partial refund". Yes, I was offered partial refund and then an hour later after agreeing to it you decided to take that back.

BEWARE! Unethical and immoral company preying off sick people by making them think they’ll be charged $20 and then charging them $240. I will be filing legal action against them. Please do not fall for their predatory billing practices. Keep your money and credit cards safe and get medical care somewhere else.
