They still want to charge you for services that they cannot provide. I was charged $240.00 before I received the services and they refused to refund my money. I would not recommend using this service,

I came across this website and twice tried to contact support for more information. First time with their online form and another through email. I wanted clarification for what their website provides. I never got a response.

So unfortunately I signed up for the $240/year subscription and man has it been a disaster. Twice I've only spoken to admin staff (who wanted to prescribe me something because of a scale i answered), told i can't get a doctors note, and not once spoke to a doctor. no notes, no doctor and no referrals. I'm wondering if there are actually doctors there. Avoid this crap. Go to "rocket doctor" where you can actually talk to a doctor, sure you need to pay for notes but at least you actually get a note. I'd ask for a refund from this trash site but I know they don't even respond, so a complaint to my bank hopefully works.

Worst experience ever....after paying 240 the app is not working again...says must update but will not...doctors are horrible to deal with...cannot get medication refilled...no refills issued...must go online each time to get renewed..treated like convicted drug dealer...avoid this at all cost....
