UPDATE: ***This response STILL does not acknowledge that they misled me and took my money. What sense does it make to pay for A 90-DAY plan and receive just TEN DAYS supply of a medication, and you are still refusing to refund me for the 80 DAYS of medication I did not receive! If that was your policy, it should have been made clear before purchasing--not trick customers and take their money after the fact and then refuse to reimburse them. Stop saying sorry because you are not sorry at all. If you were sorry, you would simply give me my money back that you took by deceiving patients. That is unacceptable, and this blatant deception is exactly why I still have an open dispute against them with my FSA administrator and with the BBB. This company refuses to take any accountability, and I have nothing further to say. But since they refuse to refund me the stolen 80 days of funds, my FSA administrator will do it for them. I am going to file a complaint with the FTC as well.***

This company STOLE my money. I signed up for a quarterly prescription plan specifically to receive Baclofen for fibromyalgia — a medication I’ve used before. What I received instead was a manipulative, scam-level experience filled with deception, delays, and a complete lack of transparency.

After I paid, I found out I would only be given 10 days’ worth of medication — despite paying for THREE MONTHS! This bait-and-switch tactic is absolutely unacceptable and infuriating. They never told me about this limitation until AFTER they took my money and I completed the consultation. That’s not telehealth — that’s fraud and they should be reported to law enforcement.

When I asked for a refund, I was met with vague, canned responses and deliberate stalling. I’ve now been told it will take five business days just to “review” my refund. Meanwhile, they continue to dodge accountability and have not returned a single cent. They refuse to confirm even if my account has been cancelled and I will receive no more charges.

Worse, their website has no login portal — you can’t view prescriptions, cancel your subscription, or manage your account at all. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s shady and designed to trap people into auto-renewals and hidden limitations.

I’ve now had to:

--Dispute the charge with my FSA provider

--File a complaint with the BBB

--Warn others across every platform I can

If you read other reviews on Google, I’m not alone. This company is charging people for months of service and only delivering a fraction. That’s called a scam.

I went this route to save time visiting an in-person doctor, and it’s now cost me HOURS of frustration and left me with zero confidence in telehealth companies like this.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are preying on people who are sick, vulnerable, and simply trying to afford care. This company is a disgrace.

i found it to quick having a doctor to talk to and she gave me a prescription which she had sent to my pharmacy and got a text saying it was sent and telling me my pharmacy would call when it was ready which they did.
