"Quick, Friendly, and Convenient"

The doctor was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and straightforward. However, I was frustrated by being denied a refill for a recurring condition despite having been prescribed this medication regularly in the past. Whether or not this app proves worth the value will depend on how quickly my prescription reaches the pharmacy, only due to the fact I’ve done a couple online consultations where my prescriptions were never really even filled at all.

"Very very poor customer service"

This company is incredibly dishonest. Stay clear of them. They charged me $240 for 1 year instead of $20 for 1 month which I was expecting. They state their terms and conditions are clearly displayed but they are not. Their customer service is terrible. I repeat, do not use this company, unless you want to throw away your money.

It was quick to get connected for assistance. Mahnoor Azam was super nice and helpful trying to get me some relief from a sinus infection. It is really difficult to get into a family dr anymore and emergency is not the place to go for something like this so I’m so glad to have this program to get some help! Highly recommend.
