It was great to have such a rapid responses and turnaround on my imaging results, with a clear course of action. Plus it was so convenient to get call at home rather than have to go into a clinic.

The Dr walked me through all the results and patiently answered all my questions. I put a question in the chat the morning after and was answered within seconds.

I love this model of care as I feel empowered and able to action what I need for my health much more quickly than traditional means.

Actually folks,the negative reviews are real, $240 charged immediately, there is no 'talk' it's only text, and it's not a registered health professional you are connected with. No accountability, and the person listed during my consult, shows no doctor name from the website choice of MDs. Better to use a trusted and vetted app for consults, or a pharmacist if you need proper med consults within their scope.

Sarah is amazing. I have lost 25lbs. She does not act like my health concerns are all in my head. She truly listens and answers all questions. I've had a reduction on many symptoms that I have including chronic migraines and she will continue to work with me to get the rest under control. Excellent nutrition program they are offering.

Initially you are presented with a subscription offering that details what you get for $20 PER MONTH, however, SOMEWHERE in their fine print it likely says they will BILL YOU ANNUALLY FOR $240. Most people wont be aware of this until they pay and receive the invoice, WITHOUT ANY ATTACHED TERMS OF SERVICE. Upon complaining to them about this, I was told that I chose their annual subscription plan, (MEANING THE ONLY OPTION OFFERED, and again, DIDN’T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT AN ANNUAL CHARGE). They then immediately offered a partial refund of $120, apparently because they wanted me to have a good experience for the $120 doctors note that they advertised as $20. Geez, it’s almost like there are other people coming at them for this EXACT SAME ISSUE. Upon reading others comments, the app owners say they are completely transparent about pricing. Nice try, guys. Pricing is not even shown until after you create an account and attempt to use a service with them. And only AFTER YOU PAY, they explain the ANNUAL PLAN. That’s NOT TRANSPARENT, and some might say with new government mandated laws surrounding misleading subscription fees, it’s bordering on or possibly illegal. Also, accepting the $120 refund, they want you to state you will not issue any chargebacks against them. DON’T PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS! And finally, I do actually have screenshots of their subscription plan page. So the whole “transparency” thing that I’m sure they will attempt to argue with is a complete lie.
