Delivery took 2 weeks + to get to destination. Not much of the personal touch when chasing it up. Missed my brothers 30th Birthday. I know that services are stretched when Royal Mail are on strike but all my Christmas has turned up on time. Won’t be using you guys again.

Ordered on 15th dec before 12.00 website says next day delivery.. order confirmation email says 3-5 business days?! Due to a busy period… im sorry but it should be expected and anticipated Christmas will be a busy period so they should have been prepared for that. its now Christmas eve and still don't have it.. 2 emails chasing delivery no response.

Got a dispatch email on 22nd by Dpd next day… dpd have said it was received with them after the last delivery times for x mas so wont get delivered until after Christmas now.

I ordered in plenty of time for delivery for Christmas.. clearly a poorly organised and run company.. very disappointed.

The beer is very competitively priced. However, the free delivery can be quite slow - ordered 8th Dec, arrived 19th.
Another issue is the packing of multiple orders in huge single boxes. In a previous order I had a leak from a crushed bottle, and they must be way beyond the safe weight/size limit. Wonder if the couriers charge a fixed amount per item?

Product was perfect, just what was needed for someone who has everything, delivery was decent Aswell considering the current strikes. Will definitely order from again in the future
