Now reviewing as 1 star as to reply to my previous review telling me to email you with the query is simply ridiculous. That's exactly what I've been doing and got nowhere hence the review!!
3 days ago I wrote.....'I have been emailing and ringing to find out where my order is and had no reply on email, and phone just cuts off.
The order finally arrived today, in a brown cardboard box, 2 case gifts all together. Surely there should be a box for gift presentation of some kind for the price....I could have just picked up loose beers for cheaper at the supermarket. I will email, ring and message again, but hoping this review will spark a response this time'
I have emailed twice since, sent a message on FB and continued to try to get through on your phone line (which just cuts off) - no reply to any so far - terrible customer service. Surely being busy at this time of year is no surprise? I'm afraid you can't blame the courier company as the goods never left your warehouse, they actually delivered next day.
Tracking details and a simple response regarding the fact my order was not as advertised was all I wanted so I could decide my options and organise gifts in time for Christmas - but no reply at all - extremely poor.

Ordering was easy and beers arrived and at a good price. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the delay in arriving. I realise this was not your fault but had to consider that we had a couple of delays.

Didn’t receive the beers that I ordered, they sent different ones. Was supposed to receive banana beer but they sent something else instead. I’m well gutted as the banana beer was the only reason I bought it.

Ordered on 9th December for 2 personalised gifts. One week later they email to say one is out of stock. Promised to send out before Xmas. Now 12 days later nothing at all posted out and will miss Xmas. Absolute shambles of a company
