"Poorly organised and you won't receive orders on time"

I ordered 2 cases of belgian beer on 4th December. 1 case arrived on 15th. I called to query why only 1 had been sent and they apologised and emailed me to say sorry your delivery arrived damaged, we'll send a case out today. Then 5 days later I get an email (21st) saying your case will definitely be sent by 21st latest, for next day delivery. Its now 28th Dec and dpd tracking says 'still awaiting parcel'. The order was for a gift, they won't respond to emails and phone just goes to voicemail. Won't order from them again. Poorly organised and poor communication. Avoid!

The product was as describe and well wrapped. The personlisation was neat and readable. Only slight negative was that it took longer to arrive than anticipated.

Glass arrived smashed due to very poor packaging. Emailed customer services and took 3 emails or 5 days before getting a reply to say will refund the money. Very poor customer service. Will never buy from these again

I ordered the nicely boxed Erdinger Gift Set containing a glass and 2 beers instead I received a bubble wrapped glass and 5 bottles of beer without the gift box - while I’m grateful for the extra 3 bottles of beer this was a gift and the option to be refunded instead of sending an alternative would of been courteous - also over 3 weeks to arrive is excessive.

The problem wasn't with you guys it was with dpd, the beer had obviously been dropped and almost every can was dented and the case had been transferred to another box
, driver dropped at my door then fled, I understand that this is a very busy time of year however this level of service is completely unacceptable
