The parcel arrived in an acceptable timeframe despite difficult circumstances. I was updated several times about developments.

I ordered and paid for 2 whiskey advent calendars but only received one. Have received a refund as requested on the missing item

I ordered a case of 20 x 500ml bottles of Budvar. But have received 24 x 330ml bottles of Budvar. Beer hunter have still charged me for the price of the 500ml bottles. I have emailed customer services but have received no answer. The delivery was late, so no chance to get it changed before Christmas.
