Website states 3-5 working days for delivery. I ordered on the 1st of December for a 49th birthday on the 14th. Thinking it’s better to receive early than late. Had communications on the 12th stating despatched with a delivery date if the 14th. Only to receive an email from courier to say it’s delayed and delivery was completed on the 15th. Sent an email to customer services to ask why an order from 1/12 was only despatched on the 13/12. Still waiting a response!
