Ordered over a week, still haven’t received a confirmation that the item has even been dispatched!
Emailed the company, customer service haven’t even bothered to reply back.

Good selection of beers and able to find the items I wanted and get delivered to a different address as a gift.

Was kept well informed about delays in the deliver (usual xmas delays which I was half expecting anyway).

Curteous delivery driver who actually waited for the door to be answered to confirm the package was collected and not left out in the cold.

Placed an order on the 9th Dec still not dispatched, replied to my first email but now they will not respond at all. I have offered to pay more for next day delivery but again no reply. If anyone has a phone number it would be greatly appreciated. So after I left the review someone got in touch and whilst it took a lot of chasing, its clear they were let down by the carrier DPD but I know have my order in time for Christmas
