"Don't bother...."

It took 15 days to deliver one of the two cases I ordered. No update on the missing case. Nobody answers the customer service phone in the office. I have emailed and yet to have a response. Don't bother.

I ordered a Belgian Beer selection pack which arrived with 5 of the 12 bottles not matching those listed in the description. I emailed customer service on the day the box was received and had response.

There will be the odd occasions when mistakes are made, but it was corrected speedily and efficiently. How nice to be able to make contact with someone on the end of a phone to take control. Good service!
