"Still not received my order!"

Placed order on the 25th of November, still haven't received my beer! Received an email telling me I would receive my order on the 7th of December, 6 days later still haven't received it and 18 days now since order was first placed. Emailed Beerhunter for an update last week, they didn't respond.
Terrible customer service although I did receive an email from them asking me to review my experience with them so here it is!
Update 22/12 - I contacted DPD myself as it is almost a month since I placed my order. DPD have today informed me that DPD never received the parcel from Beerhunter, it's not in their possession to send??? So I ordered and paid for something a month ago that Beerhunter never sent, I have serious suspicions that my beer was never in stock in the first place as it is difficult to source. Obviously I have asked for an immediate refund but as Beerhunter rarely respond to emails or if they do it is complete lies then I imagine I am in for a difficult time - again!

"Great gift needs better packaging"

Great gift, expected better packaging as this was a gift. For what it was I could have nipped down to Tesco and got a selection of random beers and put them in a nice box myself.
That said, it will make a great and unique gift for my son.

Ordered on the 2nd Dec chased today 12th Dec and it’s not even been sent. Poor service all round. Stick with Beerhawk if you want an order delivered on time. Lesson learned.

"Ordered beer selection for a Christmas…"

Ordered beer selection for a Christmas present to be delivered by DPD.
Received a text on Thursday 8th December to say my parcel had been delivered I went to the door to get it it was nowhere in sight .
Checked with my immediate neighbours, no parcel !
Reported it to DPD and I was told to contact their customer services the next day .
Contacted their customer services on the 9th December and I was told it wasn't their problem! They told me to contact the supplier .
Emailed Beerhunter customer services on the morning of the 9th but noone has had the curtesy to respond to my email .
I would like a refund and I will not be purchasing from this company again !

Kept informed about status of orders. Deliveries were carried out as per my instructions making it very likely I will reorder in the future.There were no dramas just the way I like it.
