Ordered a gift for £44.95 which was 5p below the free delivery so paid for delivery too, ordered 8 days ago and since paying for the 5-7 day delivery fee I've since received an email saying there is delays due to the 1 day postal strike. I have emailed this company who believe it's exceptable to reply with there automated reply and nothing more. I've just had another email saying I won't be expecting my parcel now till after the 12th which means at least another 3days before they are going to think about posting!! I'm now going to a 50th birthday tomorrow without a gift and for the price I think this is unacceptable!! Beer hunter you need to sort yourselves out by at least starting with a little customer care, I will not be using this company ever again and you will be lucky if I accept delivery for the parcel.

I have to compliment this company for their customer service - although initially I was sent the wrong order once I notified them they were quick to rectify this without objection - I would recommend completely and have no negative comments.
