Order placed 22/11 and no update followed

I waited and a shipping email was sent 01/12 with DPD tracking

I was randomly refunded 05/12 and the tracking number doesn’t relate to a parcel

No contact, no explanation just cancelled and refunded. If you’re buying for a gift you need some assurance that it will be delivered.

Will have to resend using another company some weeks after it was supposed to be received.

Total bunch of liars! Took my order and money, didn't receive an order number, text, email, call, nothing at all. Called them direct, more broken promises and lies. Reported them to Paypal and received an instant refund. Not worth even thinking about.
Update*** YOU UTTER LYING THIEVES! THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED AND YOU KNOW IT. DON'T PASS THE BLAME ONTO THE CUSTOMER YOU SHAMELESS MORONS!

BUYER BEWARE....they will not reply to emails and when you try to call them to see where your order is all they have is an automated voice message saying you have to email them..absolute joke..I have been waiting 8 days and they still haven't even sent me a tracking number which means they haven't even sent out my order.plus they charge you £5 for delivery. You would expect next day delivery for that.customer service is totally non existence..never again..
