Great customer service on the telephone regarding personalisation as bought as a birthday gift. Slight damage to box upon delivery, a little wood glue and a couple of clamps soon fixed.

"Poor Customer Service with orders and email response"

Over the past year I have had several issues with orders turning up incomplete with missing cans/bottles. I have also, very recently been chasing to see when my favourite Erdinger was coming back in stock. I emailed and eventually got a response saying they would be in stock the next day. I checked everyday for 10 days and not in stock, so emailed and still haven't had a response over three weeks later. I'm just very disappointed in the service for a family run company as I'm all for supporting this types of business. Fortunately for me I found Tesco sell my fave tipple and I get 16 bottles for less than the price of 12 from BH.

Thought the Corona was imported, but bottles received were brewed in the UK. Taste crap. Shan’t be using BeerHunter again. Could have bought locally from any local supermarket and cheaper and less hassle.

I order from beerhunter for a Christmas present for my nephew the 1st delivery arrived damaged by the courier not beerhunter .I had to email beerhunter and they were quick with response ,very helpful,and very polite.beerhunter sent me a replacement using a different courier and this arrived safe and sound.will definitely use again.

Great variety of festival beers and my partner can't wait to drink them at xmas!!!!
Only criticism I have is that I am sure the accompanying beer glass was displayed as being stone wear and we received a glass one. Also, the fact that it is very large and heavy, and more appropriate for draught beer, it would make more sense to be given a glass more suitable for a bottled beer,!!!!!.

Ordering was easy. The delivery confirmation tracking information was confusing, however, I sent an e-mail to check the details and received a reply to confirm the order was being delivered by the post office. Very impressed with their customer service.
