The postal strikes made the delivery late and the box was ripped and it's a Christmas present but other than that ok.

Still waiting nearly 2 1/2 weeks from placing order for delivery ,informed a few days ago the ordered had been damaged in transit still waiting for replacement .
They blamed courier seems like a constant theme would never use again ,no customer service .

So can’t comment on product .

- absolutely no customer service contact apart from email !
-ignored my emails requesting update on my order !
-3 days later i received a reply blaming dpd being late with deliveries !
- to then be told they didn't actually have the items to send yet 3 days previously it was dpd delay in delivery
-refund took 5 days
- liars do not buy from this company they are absolutely hopeless !!!!

Dont bother. Delayed then delayed with DPD. order wasnt linked to last years account so no record anything was ordered apart form the email. When it arrives one case is missing the glass. Emailed 5 times not a thing. No reply.

Was for a client so wont be buying again from here. better with flavourly.com in future
