Promptly sent out for deliver, only for my order to sit in the DPD warehouse for 4 weeks. Also customer services,
(And it's actually lovely to speak to a person, instead of of listening to endless menu choices, just to be cut of at the last hurdle) were great at sorting out this problem for me.

Still not delivered, missed the event I wanted the beer for and I found it cheaper at Morrisons, I want a refund

I specifically ordered because it was next day delivery but it took seven days!

And that’s being generous! Ordered beer at end of November, received email saying there was a courier delay and would be delivered w/c 12/12/22, World Cup final tomorrow18/12, still no sign of it. Whilst my money has been banked! I will not be ordering from Beerhunter again.

Ordering and delivery was excellent. Disappointed when the bundle I ordered was not the same as the one I received. Courtesy email would of been nice to check if alternate was acceptable. Emailed to query, responded well initially but emails took 4-5 days to come back, when it’s a Christmas present speedy responses would of been nice especially when the fault is with the company. Offered a partial credit which was less than it should of been, I asked for a little more Which was accepted. But overall disappointed as I had to buy the stein I ordered elsewhere. Which ended costing me more money! Put me off using again in all honesty. Shame as I liked some of their products and bundles.
