One of the bottles label had come off and a few of the bottles had dirty lines around them. I contacted someone to make them aware and didn’t even receive a reply. I was not happy as these were a gift.

Took too long to despatch. Ordered 5th December. Arrived 15th December. Not caused by strikes

I did have some difficulty with missing items from the order but credit to Beer Hunter, they identified the issue was with DPD and fulfilled the complete order on time. Generally pretty responsive to email's and therefore pleased with the overall service.

Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Parcel hasn't arrived. Dpd says it has. But it hasn't. Can't get hold of beer trader on phone or email

"There are no Whisky Stones in the…"

There are no Whisky Stones in the package. I would ideally like these posting out to me but as the parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive I doubt they will be here in time for Christmas. Therefore I think a discount should be applied so I can see if I can find some elsewhere.

Very disappointed in this really as this is 1/3 of the contents of the gift.

They don’t abide by simple instructions & therefore my parcel is with a neighbour who I wouldn’t trust - no Christmas present & wasted money - stop using them!!
