I had troubles downloading and then opening the file I purchased, then after sending in a support ticket, these guys went above and beyond to making me a new file in a format I could access and stayed with me the entire time to ensure I could access the information I paid for. I havent ever seen or experienced that kind of customer support in all my years of working online. These guys are second to none. Highly recommended for all your manual needs.

I bought a auto repair manual on line and it came to my computer right away but I could not open it so I contacted support and they got back to me about 4hours later and we worked the issue for about 1hour and finally got it to work after the agent changed the download to a pdf file, the agent was very helpful and stayed with me to the end. good job

I'm a first time buyer and had a little trouble getting my manual to work at first in virtualbox, but with a little help from the very customer friendly support service, I got it up and running quickly.

The product is also excellent and excedes all my expectations.

Due to my incompetence of how the manual actually is read I went down a road of despair and complete frustration. It is not a simple download and play using an OVA file that requires separate program to open it.
Anyway we got there in the end and RJ the consultant was ever patient with my frustration.
I have read reviews on various sites and there does seem to be dissatisfaction with the complication of the download. The download in my case for the file was 23gbs, a huge file that uses a lot of hard drive space So in summing up I would suggest, not to assume that it is just plug and play.
Once sorted it seems to be a very comprehensive program.
