Worst service ever. Before i bought i asked if was the right manual for my car, sendind vin, brand, model everything and they tell me the manual. The manual is a mess 15000 pages not organized and impossible to find what is needed and worse is that is not for my model even and they will not refund. I ask for help and as much as they say it's easy to find it is not, and i ask for help to find even my drain plug or my timing belt all procedure and nothing, all for before facelift, and as much as you try to justify that this is the right manual you know from all our mails that you didn't find what i asked you in the manual, if you can't find my oil drain plug in the manual so how can i find it? When you find exactly what i am asking then i can say that the manual is a mess but has the information, but until you find what i ask you i still believe i was scammed. This website is a scam, don't buy here.

I had some trouble downloading my manual I reached out to their customer support and they were very fast in responding and took care of the problem right away so therefore there was no problem. The manuals are of good quality with pertinent information. Very positive experience and product. The only negative is it is hard to read the component identification text on the wiring diagrams. But all in all and excellent product and company to work with.

I was in need of guidance with a project I was working on with my car. I found this website, found the product I needed, and unfortunately, it didn't work right away after following the websites instructions. I reached out to customer support and they answered very promptly and helped me get my repair manual software to run. It was no fault of the website or their products however, it turned out to be something with my computer's settings that prevented it from working. Bur after the advice from customer support, it was up and running in no time. Definitely recommend the customer support, and all the helpful products they sell. Lots of help all around. Highly recommend.
