Received a response from Jon in customer service. He apologized for the experience and receiving the wrong manual. He gave me the option for full refund or if I waited 24hrs, they could provide the service manual for my WRX STI. They kept their promise, and I have the correct manual for my car. I guess it all depends on who you get in customer service. Thanks Jon for looking into this and providing true customer service.
