I had purchased a manual for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and found the manual that I thought was correct. My Jeep is an oddball as it has an Ecodiesel engine, which this manual didn’t cover. JR took the time to assist me to find the right manual, and without hesitation provided me the link to the correct one. The new manual was a little more expensive, but JR said not to worry. I have nothing but praise first for the quality of the manual, but secondly the amazing customer service! I know when it comes time to purchase other manuals. This will be the first place I go.

I ordered a Manual for our BMW F40 M135i. The process was easy and quick. I received a file and that's where the issues started. The file is so large 36GB and has to be opened by VM Virtual Box software, which defaults to my C Drive and consequently uses all the free space on my hard drive.
There is no way to change the default and then no way to view the manual and print the way I wanted. I do need to make it clear the customer service were very patient and did as much as they could to help. In the end they did find a way for me to view the manual although it is a little limiting.
The issues are really not eManualOnline but the software that needs to be used to open the files. I did ask for a refund but was declined, which I feel is not very good and not the best business practice if you value customers.

I did not realize we did not have the technical data for an engine assy. In the space od 30 minutes, I had everything I needed to start the assy process the next day!

The manual for my BMW x6 is very, very comprehensive. Understanadably something that comprehensive is sofisticated and requires a bit of settingup that the support team have been excellent in attending to. there is no doubt their heart and full attention is in getting satisfied customers

"Terrible "2002-2006 Fiat Ducato…"

Bought the "2002-2006 Fiat Ducato Service & Repair Manual". It is absolutely terrible. For some/many operations it does not give nearly the info you need to do the procedure, and no pictures (cant be compare to other manuals). Really regret ordering this.

And then the OVA format is also terrible. I dont recommend this.
