"Love the glasses, not the staff"

Love the glasses and the clip-ons, and they were delivered on time and everything. The only thing that I did not like was the staff in the shop - not really helpful. We asked if the lenses were polarised and they said no, but on the site it said yes, I asked if they had magnetic ones as i am keen to only have one pair instead of 2, they said no but never mentioned the had clip ons - feels like the don't want to be there either and giving just basic answers.
