The sales assistants at Iolla in Glasgow, West George St. we're very helpful and resolved a problem I had with my new 'reactolight' varifocal lenses. Having discovered a mistake on my recent prescription (no fault of theirs), they arranged to have my new lenses put in to my frames and communicated with the place that had issued the wrong prescription. No further charges for me and very decent of them. Really good service & nice selection of frame styles in store too. Recommend them!

They were fitted and adjusted for me in store. I’m going back for some prescription sunglasses! Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Bought sunglasses from the Glasgow store a few years ago my prescription had changed. The staff suggested a refresh with new lenses and a service of the frames. This was carried out quickly and I was kept informing when they were ready for collection. A fuss free easy transaction well looked after by staff
