Very helpful staff and a great range of frames to choose from. Good range of delivery options - I chose to get my glasses posted out with the knowledge I could get them adjust anytime in-store. The lenses were of a good thickness to accommodate my short-sightedness and the frames fit my face very well. Absolutely delighted with them and all at a very good price. Will use again.

My husband was referred by his nephew last year as he’s uses Iolla frequently. My husband had an issue with his prescription and was not happy with the final result on his glasses but Iolla helped him navigate his way to a final resolve. I’m now ordering my frames from them and having mobility issues at the moment the cutomer service was above and beyond, they offered different collection options to get the ordered glasses. I can only say they’re customer service is brilliant, relaxing and not pushy, not to mention their frames are great.

I have to say that I am really pleased with this company. I love the frames and the price is amazing when compared to regular stores.
They were very helpful in the store and online, when I needed help filling out the prescription. And an added bonus is that I was even able to get them shipped outside the UK in 3–4 weeks.
The prescription is great, the frames are beautiful, and the customer service is top!
Can only recommend!
