My order arrived shortly after placing order. The package was securely wrapped. The Beretta Game Ready Tarrget Kit is well made. I would purchase again if needed.

"Great gun, slow process"

I really like the gun and so far it functions perfectly. When I tried to place my oder on line, the website was not working and it wouldn’t let me make my purchase. That was the first of many calls that I had to make before the gun was in my possession. I was told to try again in a couple of hours. I did and the order was processed and I received a confirmation email with order number and my credit card showed the hit for the total price. I wanted to get my order in right away, because there was a 24 hour internet special price. I got it so all was good at that point. About a week went by and I went back on line to track my order and it wasn’t showing. Call #2. I was told that they were way behind and that the order show be downloaded in a few mor days and then it would take about 10 to 14 days before it would be processed and sent out. In the mean time, I finally get another e-mail telling me it is ready to ship and the attached invoice is for about $30 more than my original order! Call #3. After explaining the situation to one person, I get transferred to another one, someone in billing. He went over my bill with me but what he was saying didn’t include the 24 internet sale. I told him I had screen shots of the page and of course the original email with my sale price and eventually he acknowledged it and said he would refund the difference to my credit card. When I got off the phone, I went on line to my CC and saw the original amount that had been deducted was replaced with the new amount! Good ending. My card was refunded the difference and customer support worked out. It seems to me that maybe the company is vastly understaffed and is having difficulty processing all the orders. Welcome to the world. They made it right, it was a little slow, but it is a great gun and I am very happy!

Simply the power of the gun itself, the built in eye tracer and over all the fps made it absolutely amazing. The design also reminded me of the M4 AR from MW2 2022 which was really interest. I give this gun a 10/10, and if you're a beginner I would highly recommend it! It did not disappointment what so ever.
