One of my son's Christmas present was a H&K USP CO2 airsoft pistol. The clip is stuck closed and will not allow us to unscrew the cap to add a new CO2 cartridge. Instead of going through the warranty process I opted to buy a replacement clip. My order was cancelled as it appears you do not have stock and I cannot find the part anywhere else. Now I'm trying to go through the warranty process, however you rep on the phone had zero empathy and appeared annoyed at my questions to ensure I provided the correct info and followed your procedures. Hopefully the warranty experience is better than the others I have had so far, which have not been pleasant. You are welcome to email me if you want more feedback
