Overall, solid. no price changes, good tracking, easy to do labels. One thing that can be improved is we shipped internationally, and regularly got piecemeal requests (like 4 different customer service requests from 4 different reps). MUCH better to have 1 rep assigned to you and have that 1 rep tell you in the beginning what documents they need vs every few days a fresh request...

This was our first experience with Luggage Forward and we were blown away by the superb service. My wife was taking a solo trip, domestic, and her age and a physical issue would make it difficult/impossible for her to get through two airports if she had to drag a suitcase along. She simply would be unable to make the trip and visit a friend of 65+ years standing.
Being a newbie, I had several questions as I booked her shipment and every time I messaged customer service I got a lightning fast, courteous, on-point and helpful reply. The pickup and delivery, both ways, went flawlessly.
I give this outfit five stars only because there are not six available.
