"Being handicapped"
Being handicapped, what I thought I was getting came true at home, but not at the ship. I was under the impression that once my luggage was outside my stateroom I would next see it at my home.
It turned out I had to locate my luggage and then locate your man to transfer it to. I had a cane and my carry on and it was very difficult to do this.

My bags were picked up and delivered to the cruise ship on time. The tracking website was terrible. After pick up (2 weeks prior to delivery) my bags were shown to be somewhere in southern California awaiting delivery. When my bags were delivered to my cabin, the website still showed them on southern California awaiting delivery.
When I received my bags back home after the trip, they looked like they'd been run over my multiple trucks. They were extremely dirty and one handle had been almost completely torn off.
I also thought the service was over priced.

We have used Luggage Forward several times both for domestic and international cruise vacations. They consistently do a top-notch job. Our luggage is picked up and then delivered back home in a timely fashion without damage.
One suggestion for improvement that I do have is often when we are meeting a Luggage Forward representative to pass our luggage onto them at a port they have no signage. The last few times it has simply been a person standing there with other luggage around them, but no identification. It makes it very difficult to find the representative when they don’t even hold up a simple sign stating that they are from Luggage Forward.

This is the second trip that I used Luggage Forward to ship my luggage to my cruise ship in Europe. From pickup at my home to delivery to my ship and the return pickup and shipping from cruise-ship to my home all were streamlined and no issues at all. Clear and detailed instructions for packing and labeling my bag. Continued updates about my bags location thru the shipping. I trust Luggage Forward to get my bags thru custom screenings and delivered to the destination on time. I highly recommend this service.

"When I received my suitcase"
When I received my suitcase, which I had only traveled with once prior to using this service, both the front pocket zippers were broken. It was not a good experience. I don’t understand how they can deliver a piece of luggage that was practically brand new, with half the zippers broken.

Luggage Forward did an excellent job. The bags were waiting for me at the hotel in Singapore. Then they picked up the bags in Tokyo on a Monday afternoon and delivered them to me in Seattle Tuesday morning, the next day. It was the best service I've ever experienced.
