"Wonderful way to start the cruise"

Wonderful way to start the cruise. Never had to worry about our bags. And not having to lug the luggage to and from the airport was a luxury well worth the price

Labels did not arrive in time for shipment so we made our own. Luggage did make to the destination, so all is well

Nothing quite like receiving an email while in an overseas airport lounge awaiting a flight saying they attempted luggage delivery at your home 10 days before the estimated delivery date and warning that after two more delivery attempts they will ship your luggage back to its overseas origin (where you no longer are) at your expense. And then having the initial customer service rep say 'sorry, nothing we can do about it.'

Nothing quite like calling customer service, being told they only have limited information and that if you want something as basic as status of your luggage delivery - where must arrange to be present to sign for it - they will have to escalate your request.

Just a completely stressful experience that I never want to experience again.

Do not understand why the cost of transport from LA to Santa Rosa, CA is much more costly than the original shipment from Santa Rosa to Miami. It is a one and one half hour flight from LA to Santa Rosa.

We had one bag specifically for use on a cruise, and didn’t want to have to drag it around for the 2 weeks at the beginning of the trip before the cruise started. The convenience of having it picked up at home and delivered directly to the ship is great!
