"Very poor quality"
I am not happy at all with my curtain. The curtain band is damaged, it is not possible to put the hooks on the required distance. There is a hole in the curtain that is ‘repaired’ with a drop of glue. In addition there is much too little textile used so hardly any folds. No filtering of light or sight. I had an issue with the planning of the delivery but customer service did not reply at all at my email. In the end the curtain while hanging looks so messy at the top that I had to take it off. I would certainly not recommend to put your money here.

This review is for discover curtains. Of course i would give no stars if i could. I paid $300 for absolutely beautiful curtains that i saw in a picture on their website. Unfortunately what came in was a super cheap copy of the beautiful ones in the picture. This seller is a scammer. When i told them that i wanted the actual curtains in the picture and wanted a refund they said that they were the curtains in the picture and refused a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are made in China!! I wish there was a place to add pictures.

Ordered $50 curtains for 1 window. Took a month to receive them. And can't get a reply by phone,or email. I would give 0 stars. The curtains I received were not even the curtains I ordered. Stay away. This company is a rip off.

Ordered a shower curtain rod, it took almost a month to receive it and when received, was damaged and unuseable due to poor packaging, or they might have sent it damaged...asked for a refund and this rip off company refuses to answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY. BUY AMERICAN MADE.

Would give zero stars if possible. Curtains were sewn unevenly and it was very noticeable.
When I let them know, I was told I would have to ship them back to China myself and wouldn't get a refund until they were received.

I have placed two orders with this company on July 25th and July 26th. Unfortunately I did not read reviews first, and I am still waiting for my orders, which were of substancial amounts. I had also chosen express shipping, like every one else...and was scammed with that. No one has received their order in 5 to 10 calendar days. I don't know how this company is still legally operating, they try to appease your concerns by saying they lost your order, or just to be patient. Half of the consumers are receiving items that are below standards or just simply the wrong curtain entirely. I can't reach them by phone, email or live chat...that doesn't even function. What a disappointment...I don't know if I will ever receive my order, for all I know it was completely lost or not even shipped. Please do not be a victim of this company's unprofessional standards. I will dispute this with my banking institution.

Please do not order from these crooks you will not get your order!! It's been two months and I paid for rush delivery and I still haven't received anything from this sorry ass company!! This company needs to be put under the jail!! This website needs to be reported and out of business forever!!!! Do not I repeat Do not order from them you will thank me later!!! I wrote a review about a week or so ago, but I wanted to update it. I finally did receive part of my order. Frankly, I love the curtains. The main issue I have is their poor customer relations. Since this is in China, I suspect the language differences account for much of the issues. The shipped my first order by boat which is why it took so long. But getting them to acknowledge the tracking situation was extremely difficult.
I order an 80 x 84 set. What came is 4 panels, 38 1/2” wide. I will just stitch 2 panels together for each side of the window. As I said, I love the curtains and they look nice. Now I’m waiting for my second order which was placed a week after my first order. I’m hoping they are on the way. I have contacted customer service, but haven’t received a response as yet.
