Our 16 day trip to St Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe
and Kenya was 13 years in the making and waiting and it exceeded all expectations. We had the good fortune of meeting Camille 13 years ago when we first booked our trip from Australia but had to cancel due to a family illness. Now living in London and with a milestone birthday to celebrate we decided to revisit our itinerary and reached out to African Safari Consultants again and were delighted when Camille replied. We reworked and fine-tuned the itinerary and were like excited children when we left London a few weeks ago for Cape Town to start the trip. The entire trip thanks to Camille's planning and advice was seamless. The quality of the accommodation and experiences were all excellent and every guide, driver, and staff from managers to chefs, wait and cleaning staff were a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. The safaris and skill of the guides were the highlight, including one heart in our mouth experience at Gomoti, but the variety of experiences, terrain and wildlife which we enjoyed in Botswana and Kenya has us yearning for more. We again had a superb stay at Londolozi in Sabi Sand wildtuin. We always stay at Tree Camp because of the staff, location, and amenities. Our entire trip - from arrival at and departure from O R Tambo, to the stay at the sumptuous Intercontinental hotel, to transport to and fro, to flying FederalAir for the first time, to our 16 day stay in Tree Camp -- everything was perfect. We surely are blessed to have Liesl as our safari guru!
