Great customer service - follow up call after online order and order came earlier than expected. Really pleased with the quality of our Twix divan base.

Great company! They tailor made my SuperKing headboard to reduce the depth so that it would fit up my stairwell which has a tight dog leg corner. They did this not problem and didn’t charge me extra.

They called me a couple of times to confirm the measurements and arrange delivery (which took less than 3 weeks).

Amazing service , we postponed our delivery a couple of times and the staff were brilliant. The delivery men again couldn’t have been better, kept me informed and were very respectful of our property and did a good job. We are very pleased with the ottoman bed it looks great.

Great shopping experience from start to finish with Sueno! Fabric swatches arrived quickly and there were some extra fabrics included which was a lovely touch. After we placed our order we were contacted by customer services to discuss our options. We made changes to our order which was no problem and again everything was confirmed and we were given an estimated delivery date.
Delivery was as advised and the live tracking of delivery van was superb with text messages backing this up.
Two very pleasant and professional delivery guys delivered bed upstairs and built it very quickly and took away all packaging. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left.
I highly recommend this company, well done Sueno!!
