Took insurance out with quote detective, they were very helpful but I managed to find it a lot cheaper so I’ve cancelled it the next day insurance didn’t start for another 4 days. I get there would be some charges but I’ve now been waiting 20days for my refund which is nearly £2000 it’s says on the letter it can take up to 30 days which is awful long time. just hope they hurry up now if refunded in the next 10 days I will change my review because other than waiting so long for my money back they were really helpfull.
