"Stay away from this company "

This insurance company is in a really bad state.
Yesterday, I got a quote online from Confused.com for the new company van and was happy with the price they offered. However, when I called the company, I was on hold for about 90 minutes, and in the end, they said, "We’ll call you back."
During the call, my connection was cut off several times by the company. I shared my details multiple times with one of the staff members and told them that the van must be insured by tomorrow. Yet, up until now, I haven’t received any call back.
