"Been great but they need to send out documents without needing to be chased"

I have not had to make a claim or anything but the people that I have spoken to have been very helpful. It's a shame that some of the automated things are lacking like having to chase to get my insurance certificate sent out. I have now had to chase for my no claims bonus certificate too. I would have given them less stars for this if it wasn't for the fact that the agents like Huw who I spoke to about my no claims were not so brilliant at sorting stuff out. I have not given 5 as I have never had to chase for essential documents like this before.

Waste of time! Don't keep the price of the comparison site and even blame them for sending incomplete information. However, all other companies in the same comparison site had all information correctly. Very bad business practices!
