Bought a second hand peugeot 2008 2020 milage just over 60.000 .
Then a friend of mine said it had a wet belt by then our mileage was on 64.000 Had it changed straight away at a cost of £766 pounds.....
The car was serviced at just before we bought it and timing belts need changing at 62.000 could have at least advised us it would need changing no .
Rude arrogant manger at days motor park llansamlet ......
They are so nice when you want to buy a car then after that forget it never again ,,,

We visited Days Haverfordwest to look to update my wife's car. Nothing took her fancy on the forecourt but Dave Hanney spent time going through what was available at other Days branches. He arranged for a car to be transferred from their Gorseinon Branch. The car was bought and we were very happy. The process from initial enquiry to driving away in new car took a week. Dave guided us through the whole process with patience and good advice. Excellent customer service and I would recommend any of our family or friends to go and see Dave if they need to change their vehicle. Many thanks Dave, and you will be our first port of call should we need to change in future.

My family have used Day's Haverfordwest for years, but when you're shopping for a 'new' car, it's good to look around, compare prices etc. Well, I found myself back at Day's and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Dave. I popped in to ask a general question and today, my son and I drove away in our new car (new for us - 2019 but as good as new!) with massive smiles on our faces! The price was more than competitive, the advice was genuine and the car is just perfect! From start to finish I felt very looked after and having purchased cars from Day's for nearly two decades, I know I can trust them. What a great experience and what a friendly team; everyone had time for us! Thank you again Dave and team at Day's for a gorgeous car at a great price and a level of service that will definitely ensure I return in future!

"Days Palsmasl Swansea - awful customer service "
I called on Saturday morning to request to drive a Q2 in stock. All my details were taken and I agreed to come down between 1-2 to test drive. We sorted out childcare and headed down. When we arrived, there was a staff member standing by the door of the office. I explained why we had come to be bluntly told ‘you can’t test drive’, I explained we booked it that morning to be told ‘we don’t test drive on weekends’. His attitude was awful. He then agreed to open the car which we looked at and saw there was significant damage to the passenger door. When the staff member came back, he told us some of the damage could be correct but the gudges to the speakers couldn’t be- so we went to leave. He asked if we wanted to book another day to test drive (asked numerous time) so we said no due to the damage, he then proceeded to say, he could fix all the damage, so do we want to test drive. Such terrible attitude and poor customer service! If you like the look of a car in palsmarl, I’d ask for it to be moved to another local days.

From our first visit to enquire about purchasing a second hand electric vehicle to driving away in it. Dave made the whole experience pleasurable and seamless. He walked us through the part exchange of our old vehicle. He even took the time to explain the new features on our new vehicle.
He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us, even his coffee wasn’t bad!

I absolutely LOVE my new Peugeot. I went thinking I was going to buy a Puma, but saw this. Took it for a drive and knew it was ment to be mine! A few queries later, I purchased the car.
Dave Hanney was great at communicating and arranging things. This is the 4th vehicle I've bought from Days, 3rd from Days.
Highly recommend. Have had the car a week and done some miles- couldn't be happier
