Absolutely awful Bought a Peugeot boxer from days Neath which has been nothing but a problem. Been dealing with day Peugeot plarsmarl the person who works on the service desk has a terrible attitude, cocky and difficult. I paid for the clutch to be replaced, done two thousand miles and can’t get any gear's, spoke to him as it’s supposed to be covered by warranty but everything is difficult with him explaining it might not be, could be anything but the problem. I will never buy a vehicle from days and would recommend no one else does

"Had a spot of bother with our oil light light…"

Had a spot of bother with our oil light on our fiat ducato based motorhome . We were on a road trip around Wales and a long way from home. Called CEM days in Swansea and was told to bring her in next morning. Arrived in morning and Matthew fixed us up and had us back on the road on no time. The whole customer service experience was even better the 2nd time round. I've previously purchased a vehicle from the guys @ Days in Garngoch. This time, it felt like a whirlwind (again) but I was guided by Zoe & Wayne who were superb throughout. Polite and courteous and helpful to the end. I dealt with Dave Hanney there.

He was very helpful on the day and did not pressurise or rush us to make any decisions.
He made sure the car had the complete service and checks before we came back to collect the next day.
I gave him a call with a couple of queries a couple of weeks later, and he was very helpful on the phone.
I will definitely use Dave again in the future.

What a super experience at Day's in Cardiff with refreshingly honest, genuine staff who didn't put any pressure on customers. Mark Thomas was so helpful and managed to juggle seeing lots of people at the same time without any of us feeling we weren't being looked after. Tim wasn't supposed to be working but took me for a test drive as he had popped by. My online enquiry was answered at the first possible opportunity. Photos and description of the car was spot on and there was no attempt to exaggerate the spec. The car was absolutely perfect for me, an excellent price and well worth driving 240 miles round trip for it. The next time anyone in the family is looking for a car, we will be coming to Day's. Thank you so much Mark - you are my idea of a perfect salesman...knowledgeable, honest, not at all pushy, really polite and friendly. A genuinely lovely person.

Our third time returning to Days motor group, The service from start to finish was faultless, we felt very welcome and at ease while browsing the cars on site and after explaining to Dave Hanney (over a lovely cup of coffee) what we were looking for he managed to find a car that we really loved the look of and he had it sent over quickly from another site within the Days motor group, so I could view and take the vehicle for a test drive.
Part exchanging my old car and purchasing the new one, was simple and painless, every process of the sale was explained with faultless communication, only thing we had to do was Tax and insure the car, Dave even went above and beyond with rewashing the car after my husband got it dirty on a test drive, and with ordering new personal number plates and fitting them as my old ones had seen better days. We have recommended to friends and family and I know we will purchase from Days motor group again, Thank you once again Dave and all the staff at Days motor group, see you soon when my son purchases his next car!
