WE had a damaged package arrived and then cancelled all packages but they then arrived taking up room in our house and we can never get hold of ANYONE!!!

Although products took a while to arrive due to supply chain issues, Luke Jeffrey from their customer services Dept. has been very responsive and dealt with my queries immediately, refunding my money without any hassle when I cancelled an order. I’ll definitely shop with Skandium in the future.

"Why bother."
Why bother.. I am truly sadden of what skandium have become. As a long time Scandinavian expat in London I loved the "lifeline" to home - and as a design-lover absolutely cherished to their foresight, insight & love. Also the service level was just next to none. Appreciate times are tougher now that in the golden Chelsea Townhouse days, but really. I do not want to slant and share my many broken experiences here. I have just arrived at the point of Why Bother and it breaks my heart. I find no vibe, no trustworthiness (want a 20% discount - just call them), no passion - I honestly doubt there is a Scandinavian left..
