"Good suggestion"

Our office move with Miracle Movers last week was very smooth. Our agent, Gary, was very professional, on time and approachable. I had reviewed 4 moving companies and he is the only one who gave me suggestions to prepare for the move. They provided all the necessary documents that we needed on time. They are a very effective team! The movers wrapped all the furniture very well and nothing was missed or damaged during the move. I highly recommend Miracles services!

"Clear options"

I utilized the services of this company for a local office move. The setup process was all done online and the terms were always clear based on the option I chose. The leader of the 3 man crew gave me a courtesy call to let me know he would be arriving shortly which was also on time. On arrival, the 3 men all introduced themselves. They arrived eager and ready to go. Clearly explaining everything where I initiated direction. Then they went off to work. This is the best moving crew I have ever seen in action. They moved quickly yet with care. I had numerous heavy boxes, desks (they had to disassemble 2 desks and then reassemble them, all in the cost of the move), bookcases, filing cabinets, chairs and the full repertoire of office things that had accumulated over 10 years. All of this was loaded onto the moving truck and unpacked in my new location where I directed. They also helped move around tables, desks, filing cabinets, etc. until I was completely satisfied with the final resting spot. In the end, I was asked to go look inside the truck to ensure that all of my things had been removed and nothing left. I highly recommend this company to do any move - residential or commercial. They are excellent and you receive more than the fair value for the cost. I did tip them with a sum I felt was adequate with their outstanding job. After all, excellence should be rewarded especially all around us we pay for people who really do nothing for it. I was very happy with this service and will remember who to refer to from now on.

"Can't say enough"

Can't say this enough, Miracle is one of the best movers I've ever had! They moved 2 apartments and unloaded into our new home with the grace, skill and speed that will have me calling them every single time over any other company. When moving to our new apartment that same day these guys were so professional and made sure all of our furniture/paintings were wrapped with care, placed protective covering down in the hallways and even assisted in taking throw-away items to the dump for us. If your looking to move in the Toronto area don't look any further these guys will take care of your needs.

"I hired miracle movers in December 2021…"

I hired miracle movers in December 2021 to move a small player piano from a house. This piano had never been moved before. It was being moved 5 miles across town from first floor yo first floor. The Company charged me $600 to move this where it barely took 2 men to carry as they commented on how light it was.
The movers placed the piano in the sitting room, and had me immediately sign a form and left.
When I plugged the piano in that day the screen display was broken. The piano was tested that morning before it was moved and worked perfectly. Once again it has never been moved.
I contacted the owners. I placed a claim to have the screen fixed. Miracle Movers declined my request for a claim and sent me an email with a Yamaha dealer in Raleigh. That they had "read" on the internet that this issue is common with this piano. I told them that made zero since. That it worked perfectly that morning and had never been moved.
I asked to speak to the manager. The manager reiterated the same answer.
I then asked for the contact to the insurance company that claims go through. I never heard back from the company. Nor was I provided with an acceptable solution as they had already cashed my check.
Now I have a $10k player piano that does not play. I am absolutely astonished that this company is still in business with this type of service. I am going to have to go the route to take them to court to get this rectified. DO NOT use them

"Cubicle move"

We had an urgent cubicle move, and storage project we needed done ASAP. The Miracle team were great to work with and were very responsive. We really appreciated the movers' speedy work, especially given the urgency of the project and how we are trying to minimize the time vendors are in our building during the COVID-19 crisis. This is our second time using this company and it won't be our last! I'm pleased that we continue to have excellent interactions with Miracle. Thank you!

"Tell them what you need"

We had a very complex move involving multiple provinces, two houses, storage units and changing dates. Mike and his merry band were hard-working, flexible, understanding, worked with us in all the complexity to make a difficult move as easy as possible. Our stuff is important to us and feeling we didn’t have to worry about it was priceless. Our possessions contained many antiques- they packed them and moved them (more than once, sorry guys) without damage. Very fair & competitive pricing with no surprises. Best Moves is just what anyone would want, excellent communicators, a high standard of care, everyone happy. If you tell them what you need- they’ll get it done.

"Such a great job"

I chose Miracle Movers to do my house relocation because they seemed reasonably priced and communication was easy, straight forward and friendly, no waffle! Drago and his colleagues did such a great job, can't rate them highly enough. They were punctual, friendly, took the utmost care with our belongings, worked really hard with no fuss and made the move so much less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a house relocation job, without hesitation!

"Left like new"

I had an office to clear of furniture and debris after tenants went bust and vacated. Miracle Movers came and did a thorough estimate for the cost of removing it. When the team arrived they were friendly and very efficient and completed the extensive task speedily and with no fuss. We could not believe how hard they worked and in what a great condition they left the offices which was of vital importance to us as we had new tenants moving in over the weekend. Would completely recommend this service.

We had such a stress less amazing move with MD and Suhaiv Sept 2nd. After reading countless reviews and dealing with bad movers before I’m really happy we found miracle movers. "Absolutely the best service"

Absolutely the best service! From scheduling the appointment to the actual move and delivery, everything went perfectly! All items were packed and wrapped professionally, especially the more fragile items. The movers worked quickly and efficiently and they were perfect gentlemen with the best attitude! They tidied up everything at both ends and helped me place furniture and desks as requested. Moves are always so stressful but Miracle made the process so easy, it was a 100% positive experience! Everything went so smoothly! I would definitely use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly!
