"Comprehensive service"

Prior to the move and after an onsite inspection the agent noted all my specific concerns and then included them in the written quote and then amended the quote when I wanted adjustments and updates including specific instructions for fragile & expensive items.The packing was done without rush and the instructions followed comprehensively without prompting. The packers on day one were professional and friendly and were pretty good natured about my continual hovering and prompting. The packing of delicate items was excellent. On day two the moving team were friendly and happy to take reasonable instructions and they really knew what they were doing. Some of the furniture required fairly involved dismantling and reassembling which was well done in spite of not being the easiest design. An initial hiccup with the parking suspension did not phase them. Overall given the favourable price comparison to other operators who were marginally cheaper but I got the distinct impression would have been unreliable / not paying due care and attention, these guys were really professional and I would definitely use them again.

"Listened carefully"

All three gentlemen that arrived were very professional and courteous throughout the unloading process of my things. They arrived during the timeframe that was given to me and listened carefully to what I wanted before they began to unload the crates. They were efficient during the unloading process and placed everything where I asked them to. Overall, it was a great experience. I have moved many times and dealt with different companies and these guys were fantastic! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if necessary.

"What else do you want?"

I found this company through Google and at first I was a little bit sceptical. How could a moving company get so many positive reviews? Alex and Mike demonstrated why Miracle Movers has received such great feedback. Not only did they finish the loading and unloading with surprising speed, but they took great care to protect all my furniture. My items probably had more moving blankets and protecting it than it was worthy of in the first place. They completed the move on-time, inexpensively, and carefully. What else could you ask for in a moving company?

"Arrived perfectly"

My experience with Mike and Dima (not sure if I spelled it right) and the crews were awesome! All professional, nice and on point. Communication was awesome! They arrived perfectly on both times! All our stuff wasn't damaged, they were very careful with everything but at the same time got it all done quickly. I would for sure use them again! Thank you Miracle Movers! FYI, this is my second time using them for my move.

"DO NOT HIRE MIRACLE MOVERS- it cost me…"

DO NOT HIRE MIRACLE MOVERS- it cost me an addition $375.00. Their mover physically pulled water line out as he was unhooking washing machine. He did not know how to get it shut off and it leaked into apartment below me- Miracle Movers needs to either train their employees or have customers unhook water line. Miracle Movers is passing off employee mistake to the customer. I hired Miracle Movers to make moving less stressful. Big mistake. Miracle Movers made moving more costly and stressful. Do not let a family member or friend get stuck with an additional cost or stress when moving. DO NOT HIRE MIRACLE MOVERS

"These guys were very professional"

These guys were very professional, honest, careful, and efficient. They emailed me everything in writing, brought exactly what they promised to bring, showed up on time, worked hard (despite the long carry), did not charge me a single penny more than promised, and had a positive attitude. In addition, their fees were extremely reasonable.

"Talk about hard workers"

Talk about hard workers. They moved every single piece of furniture in my house from one room to another (up and down stairs in a three tiered townhouse) We changed things around twice. Centered carpets. Moved my grandmother's bedroom set. Moved my office den. Took couches to my sister's house in the next neighborhood and brought back a bed to set up. Rearranged my garage. They were amazing!! Helped me clear off a couple of shelves. So careful. Wrapped things on blankets to protect the items and the walls. Brought tons of moving things in case i needed boxes etc. I Chose them based on reviews. They most certainly exceeded my expectations!!

"Pretty happy"

One of my girlfriends used these guys a few weeks ago and recommended them to me. They helped my roommate and I move a few miles down the block (2bedroom apartment into another 2bedroom apartment). They were a little late, but worked pretty much the entire time. Entire move took about five hours, we fed them pizza and water while they took apart the bedframe and rebuilt it at the new place. Pretty happy with their service and I'll probably use them again. Alex helped me schedule the move and he was very helpful with answering all my questions! He even called a day before my move to confirm with me. Thanks guys

"Really great experience"

Really great experience. Moved a 3 bd apt from Cobourg to Toronto in one day without a hitch. Other companies were asking more money to do it over 2 days but Miracle was very flexible with our schedule. Pricing was very straightforward. But really the best part was our moving team. These guys got straight to business, were super efficient and went to great lengths to carefully wrap all of our furniture. Everything made it without a scratch. would 100% recommend and wouldn't waste time searching for anyone else.

"No tiring"

Miracle Movers helped my family move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a similar sized apartment in Brampton about a week ago in the same area. It took about 6 hours for everything from disassembly and assembly as well as the travel to the new place (which is just 5mins drive). In hind sight, it would have been faster if I hired a third person but that is a lesson learnt for next time. The two were really friendly and efficient with the move. They never looked tired or unhappy during the entire move even if they have not eaten lunch because they said that they do it normally during the travel which in our case is a very short distance.. They were pro-active in asking where to place the things during the move in and were really professional the whole time. I will definitely go with Miracle Moves the next time I do my move (which I hope is not very soon).
