"Guardian angels"

My wife and I saved lots of moneywith this company.We tried to call to other companies but this one made us to belive that maybe our move would not be so awful :) The agent was so professional and he answered all our questions and promised high service. The Movers came on time and were so fast at pick-up and delivery. They knew what they were doing and took all stituation under their control. Thank you our guardian angels !

"Very very good"

The experience with the moving team went very smoothly. The guys were careful going around corners and didn't bang up any of the furniture at all! I was especially concerned about the antiques, but the guys were equally concerned about them and treated each item with TLC they deseved. It was a pleasure working with such pleasant young men. Their willingness to listen to my concerns and instructions was very very good.

"Real soldiers"

These guys are super strong, determined, focused and great professionals. It was like having 3 people taken from the army of Sparta. Very courteous to family members and professional to work with. No scratches, breakage, damages or late arrival delivery issues. Value for money and exceeds your expectations. Dima was the man who organized the team very well. I am impressed with their professionalism. 5 star and i will use them again and refer to others as well.

It’s simple… if you want the job done right…. look no further! Great office staff and Movers that will look you in the eye, give you a fair and honest appraisal, and do what they say they will do. Relax… They have you!

"Horrible and damaging experience"

I picked them because of their rating.

I regret hiring them and will never use them for a move again. They were late and damaged several pieces of furniture and damaged the walls.

I watched them do several myself and they acted kind of embarrassed I was watching but 15 minute later they had an excuse that is was already damaged or some other made of thing.

Several smaller items like lampshades never made it to the new destination. I assume they damaged those and just didn't unpack them because they should notice 6 lamp shades in the moving truck.

It was clear only one guy had ever moved before the other two were brand new. After seeing the quality of movers I got, I told them to only move about 30% of what I needed moving. I regret letting them touch that much because I have to repair furniture, throw some away and now get walls repaired.

I cannot warn you enough of this company.

"Issues resolved"

While we did have some issues, this company has an impressive customer service policy and they do genuinely seem to want to make things right with customers. Since the move I received a follow up call where they apologized and explained the steps they were taking to make sure others wouldn't have the same experience.

"A really good experience"

I had a really good experience with Miracle Movers as they were able to help me out pretty quickly with my moving. I didn't have a lot of time because of the agency but the guys came on time, got everything in one truck and even dismantled my bed and put it back together at the new place. The online booking was pretty easy and I'll probably use them again for other requirements I may have.

"Remote understanding!"

I haven't had to use a moving company in years, however, I found myself needing to move out of temporary housing while I wasn't even in the city. After getting bids and talking with several moving / packing companies I found the team at Miracle Movers and I am so happy I did. They were responsive, helpful and very understanding of the circumstances. They supported an 'unattended' move through email and video chat and did it all quickly and professionally. The furniture and boxes arrived and everything was intact. I can't recommend them enough!

"No bait"

After taking several quotes for different movers in Toronto, Miracle Movers had the best rate. I was a little concerned that it could be a bait and switch since the quote was hourly and I could end up paying way more in the end. This was not the case at all. Miracle Movers quoted me 3 movers and 3.5 hours move time. They ended up finishing about 30 minutes early. I paid exactly what was quoted and the team was efficient, quick and moved all of our items carefully and no damage. I hope to not move anytime soon but if I do I would definitely use Miracle Movers again!

"Deserved of a raise"

The price, first and foremost, was what reeled me in. But I wasn't expecting how AWESOME the crew you sent were, Keenan and forgive me for forgetting the other guy's name, were definitely the best at what they do. Such hard, fast and respectful workers. And not to mention the assembly of everything moved was a nice touch. Give those men raises, they completely deserve it.
