Originally ordered mid November. Delivery took 5 weeks. Once delivered the set up was hindered by the pump not fitting the valve. Pump is also cheap and broke. Rings stayed inflated for a few hours before going flat. Thermolid is useless as it doesn’t hold the air. Customer service none existent. DO NOT BUY!

Very cheaply made , got Xmas day and had to fill twice. The inflatable ring at the top just deflates and there’s seems to be a hole somewhere

Having received my order, I was missing the foot pump and instead given a hand pump that did not fit the valve. Left a review on Trust Pilot (didn’t even contact Lumi) and Lumi saw my review, searched my order in their system and dispatched the pump free of charge without even contacting me. Although frustrated at first I’d say that’s top customer service to fix my issue. Also, having used the ice bath since Boxing Day it’s fantastic, would highly recommend!

We were messed around by the delivery courier and subsequently never received our delivery. Contacted Lumi who arranged a new one to be sent out. Fab customer service at such a busy and demanding time. Well done and huge thanks 🙏

These are scam company, it’s been over a week and no contact from them regarding delivery and unable to reach anyone there
Ordered for Christmas 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it, or note to say the order has been dispatched
Update: order placed on 17th December, message received from Lumi 30th December to say parcel will arrive in a few days. It’s now 12th January and still no sign of parcel, or update from Lumi.

When ordering it said delivery 5 to 6 working days which was plenty of time to arrive before Christmas however I am still waiting and have had no response on an update of shipping or from emails

Awful service.
Ordered a pod as a Christmas present.
After not receiving my order 1 week later I inquired when my order would be delivered.
To be informed that it was on back order and would not be delivered till 25th January 2025. Then informed if I wanted to pay a premium delivery cost of ÂŁ20.00 the item could be dispatched them same day .
Absolutely shocking and a disgusting way to treat customers. Leaving me with no option to pay the premium delivery fee .
Limited stock and back order 🤔 what a con to make customers pay extra
